HOW CAN I GET AROUND PARIS?

By metro, RER and tram: The Paris Metro (the subway) has almost 400 stations and is one of the easiest ways to get around. The RER suburban train network runs from 6am to half past midnight and the Metro runs from 5.30am to 1.15am (2.15am on Fridays, Saturdays and days before French public holidays).

By bus: The bus network covers the Ile-de-France with nearly 300 routes. Buses run from 7am to 8.30pm.

By noctilien: These replace the Metro and RER between half past midnight and 5.30am.

Paris Open Tour: 4 Open Tour bus routes cover the capital throughout the day. They offer a commentary in 8 languages, run every 10-25 minutes between 9.30am and 6.30pm and stop at points all over the city.
